Our ships call at ports in the Baltic, Mediterranean, American Great Lakes and Red Seas, and cross the Atlantic, connecting suppliers and customers from Europe and North Africa with both Americas.

We are looking for seafarers with experience, but we also invite people who want to start their career at sea for training positions:

Documents necessary to start working on ships in international shipping

BASIC TRAINING

Certificates of proficiency:

  • In terms of safety:
    • Personal Survival Techniques
    • Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting
    • Elementary First Aid
    • Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities
  • Security Awareness Training
    Trainings are organized by maritime training centres.

CERTIFICATE

  • Certificate of proficiency or Certificate of Competency according to the rank.
  • For candidates to became a seafarer:
    • Deck Hand Certificate
    • Wiper Certificate
    • Cook Assistant Certificate
  • Seafarer’s Identity Document/Seaman’s book
    Documents are issued by maritime administrations.

OTHER

  • Passport
  • USA C1/D Visa
  • International Health Certificate
  • Vaccination against yellow fever
